The staff was fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast had a great variety to choose from and the quality of the food was delightful. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. The room was small but cozy and very clean, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The slow check-out process. It took a long time to organize and pay for our stay due to lack of training of the receptionist.

The food at the restaurant was not very diverse, and I found it hard to find something vegan-friendly in the menu. some members of the staff did not speak the language well, making communication difficult. On the bright side, the rooms were cozy, and the beds comfortable. the view of the nearby area was stunning, and the bathroom was spotless. the breakfast was generous, with a wide variety of food to choose from.
The parking spaces were quite limited, and I had to park far from the hotel entrance, which was frustrating with my heavy luggage.

The hotel was in a beautiful location close to a bike park, making it easy to access different activities. the staff were very polite and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and well, updated. It was great that they were able to accommodate us even though we were delayed by seven hours due to traffic. the willingness of the staff to wait until midnight to check us in was fantastic.
It would have been great to have more gluten, free options on the menu, as well as an English, translated menu. fans would have been nice in the rooms during the summer, as it got a little warm.
